Senior Security Consultant - Okta (Remote in the US)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Okta OIE solutions design and implementation for workforce and customer identities.
• Architect and implement Okta Workflows, Auth0, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect integrations.
• Own solution design workshops, client communications, and delivery across IAM engagements.
• Develop and enforce CI/CD, IaC practices for Okta deployments (Terraform, GitHub/GitLab
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to reusable assets, templates, and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with vendors and deliver across lifecycle from design to deployment and closeout.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Info Security or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years IAM experience; 4+ years direct Okta OIE implementation experience.
• Strong Okta Workflows proficiency; experience with Auth0, federation (SAML/OAuth/OIDC).
• Experience with SCIM, joiner/mover/leaver, LCM, and API Access Management.
• Proven ability to lead engagements with minimal supervision; strong client-facing communication.
• Experience with IaC and CI/CD around identity (Okta Terraform Provider, Git-based version control).
