Senior Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Design multi-cloud security controls across Coupa's cloud environment (VPC segmentation, IAM policy
• Build policy as code and IaC security guardrails; integrate into CI/CD as pre-merge/pre-deploy
• Harden Kubernetes workloads and container security (image scanning, admission control, network
• Own vulnerability analysis for apps, containers, and dependencies; triage by exploitability and
• Implement remediations including secure code fixes and cloud/IAM changes using least-privilege.
• Support incident response and forensics; perform root-cause analysis and remediation validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in security engineering or penetration testing; able to own complex assessments end-to-end.
• Cloud security fundamentals (AWS, GCP, or Azure); IAM, networking, misconfigurations.
• Strong scripting/automation in Python, Bash, or JavaScript; experience with security tooling.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and CI/CD integration.
• Familiar with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP) and auditable evidence.
• Strong critical thinking and root-cause analysis; clear communication for remediation guidance.
