Proactively identify security gaps across cloud/on-prem and lead initiatives with stakeholders
Manage cloud security monitoring, threat detection, and posture across cloud/on-prem
Manage IAM platform including permissions and policy guardrails, least-privilege
Design/enforce encryption for data at rest/in transit; periodic access reviews
Oversee end-to-end vulnerability management for cloud/on-prem infra
Define server hardening standards; secure containers including image scanning

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in cloud security with on-premise security
Strong hands-on AWS experience
Experience with infrastructure & cloud architecture, development, support, troubleshooting
Independent, proactive, ownership-driven with minimal supervision
Cross-functional collaboration with infra, DevOps, and engineering
Hands-on IAM experience including access governance
