Senior Security Engineer, Incident Response

📋 Description

• Senior engineer on the Threat Detection & Response (TDR) team. Build, optimize and grow
• Investigate security incidents using forensics, data analytics, and collaboration with
• Develop automation and detection models to identify anomalous activity at scale.
• Hunt threats in corporate and production environments; work with engineering to build advanced
• Improve visibility by identifying gaps in infrastructure and enhancing logging and detection.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Engineering for large-scale incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in security operations: investigations, IR, forensics, threat hunting or detection
• Proficiency in Python; SQL and Pandas used frequently.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch preferred.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to lead in ambiguous situations.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks; experience automating security
