Act as the main technical bridge between Security, Product, Legal, and customers.
Own complex cross-functional programs and translate tech needs into regulatory language.
Represent JetBrains in customer-facing security discussions.
Lead cross-department initiatives across Security, Legal, and Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in information security or technical PM roles.
Fluent English for lawyers and developers.
Ability to discuss regulatory requirements with engineers.
Strong technical background in security or software engineering.
GRC/compliance experience: SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
PM experience delivering cross-team security projects.
Integrity and transparent communications.
