Senior Security Subject Matter Expert (AI/ML, Cloud & Security)

📋 Description

• Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve security controls across system development
• Secure AWS cloud environments with STIG/NIST-aligned architectures, least-privilege IAM; support
• Perform system hardening, vulnerability scanning, security monitoring, incident response, and
• Analyze security logs, develop detection rules and alerting content, support forensics and threat
• Contribute to security architecture and integration for infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD
• Partner with engineering to integrate security across AI/ML and cybersecurity product lifecycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years in cybersecurity.
• Strong background in security operations, incident response, detection engineering, cloud security
• Hands-on with securing on-premises and AWS environments (STIG/NIST-aligned).
• Proficiency with enterprise security tech (Splunk, Security Onion, Tenable, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python for security automation/analytics/ML applications.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML architectures and security risks (model integrity, data provenance
