🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in Service Delivery Management
• Language: Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Stakeholder management: able to influence senior stakeholders
• Communication: excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Customer relationship management: strong governance and engagement background
• Analytical skills: data-driven decision making
