Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant

📋 Description

• Configure ServiceNow’s Change Management and Release Management apps from the ground up for the POC
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the client’s CI/CD toolchain
• Work directly with the client’s Release and Environment teams to shape the solution around their
• Deliver a working POC with recommendations for a broader implementation roadmap
• Apply ServiceNow best practices and coding/configuration standards to produce a high-quality

🎯 Requirements

• Solid hands-on ServiceNow configuration and integration experience
• Strong experience with Change Management and/or Release Management modules; exposure to Change
• Proven experience building integrations between ServiceNow and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow’s workflow engine and data model
• Experience working directly with client/business stakeholders to translate real workflows into
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch POC environment rather than a maintenance/BAU setup
