📋 Description

• Design and develop learning content for Intuitive products (web-based, instructor-led, blended
• Provide internal/external customer training and collaborate with Instructional Designers across
• Lead training projects, develop curricula, and coordinate multimedia assets for training delivery.
• Facilitate courses, manage SOPs, and support process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple development projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with training content facilitation and in cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience with regulatory/document control and SAP/SFDC/ERP systems.
• Familiar with adult learning methodologies; strong problem-solving and project management.
• Associates degree or higher; minimum 4+ years in Training/Content Development or related fields.
