📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, finalize and execute clinical site agreements and amendments.
• Manage site contracting progress within study startup and maintenance.
• Serve as regional/country SME on CSA elements and country intelligence.
• Collaborate with Site Contracts Lead, PM, clinical ops to meet goals.
• Mentor junior staff in study start up and regulatory dept.
• Lead site contracting activities at study level when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate/graduate degree in business, law, or life sciences.
• Extensive CSA and Investigator grants negotiation (>4 years).
• Knowledge of regulations, drug development, clinical project mgmt.
• Understanding of Americas site contracts country requirements.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, able to meet deadlines and multi-task.
