Senior Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead reliability initiatives for Filevine products, improving monitoring, logging, tracing
• Build and maintain automation, internal tools, and CI/CD systems to enable scalable, reliable
• Identify and resolve reliability, performance, and security risks before impacting customers.
• Own complex production incidents, drive resolution, and implement durable corrective actions.
• Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and drive adoption of best practices across teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and capacity planning for resilient operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or related
• Strong distributed systems knowledge; hands-on Kubernetes and cloud experience in AWS or comparable
• Proficiency with Python, Go, Bash, or similar; experience building production tooling, automation
• Experience leading troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term
• Ability to mentor SREs, communicate with stakeholders, and lead complex initiatives from planning
• Experience applying AI/ML to operational data to forecast reliability or capacity risks.
