📋 Description

Partner with engineering, platform, and business teams to improve reliability.
Define, measure, and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
Lead incident management and on-call rotations.
Drive post-incident reviews to improve resilience.
Build automation, self-healing capabilities, and tooling.
Analyze performance to identify reliability risks and drive improvements.
Partner with India-based team of engineers.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in SRE, Production Engineering, or DevOps.
Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, and incident management.
Experience supporting business-critical apps in complex enterprises.
Hands-on automation, scripting, infra management, and cloud/hybrid tech.
Excellent communication for collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
