Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Ireland

📋 Description

• Participate in on-call and incident response; lead incidents end-to-end over time.
• Improve reliability by identifying recurring issues and driving fixes via alerts and automation.
• Own parts of production: operate Kubernetes clusters, cloud infra, core services.
• Strengthen observability: dashboards, alerts, logs, and traces for faster diagnosis.
• Reduce operational toil: automate repetitive tasks; improve runbooks and tooling.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve production readiness and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in SRE, DevOps, Platform, or operations-heavy roles.
• Experience supporting production systems and on-call rotations.
• Comfortable debugging live systems under pressure.
• Experience operating cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Kubernetes and containerised workloads; IaC (Terraform or similar).
• Monitoring (Datadog/Prometheus) and scripting (Python/Bash).
