Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE & Platform Reliability)

📋 Description

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team; lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended
• Collaborate with infrastructure, product management, developer experience & analytics during
• Identify technical solutions and operational processes to strengthen incident readiness and
• Monitor metrics, escalate when needed, and support on-call efforts to keep systems running.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building backend systems at scale using Bash, Python or Kotlin.
• Proven experience with highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
• Experience contributing to or driving Incident Lifecycle processes and extracting actionable
• 4+ years in a Site Reliability or Production Engineering team.
• Curiosity with empathy, and strong opinions loosely held.
• Ability to define a technical plan for delivering significant features with clean, extensible
