📋 Description

• Drive visual craft across the studio with Content Creators, Strategists, and Social teams.
• Create platform-native, high-quality social content that stands out.
• Develop scalable design assets for multi-market campaigns.
• Ensure brand-consistent visuals ready for publish across formats.
• Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate ideation and production.
• Deliver assets on time in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in social design and digital content creation
• Strong experience in consumer brands (preferably FMCG)
• Art Direction or senior creative experience in an ad agency or in-house team.
• Proven Art Direction portfolio with traditional and AI-assisted projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and guiding project execution
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Collaborative, mentorship-focused mindset and comfort with GenAI in creative work
