🎯 Requirements

7+ years in back-end development
Deep expertise in Java, Kotlin, .NET, C#, or similar
Strong DB knowledge: query optimization & schema design
Hands-on with Cloud Services (Azure or AWS)
Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs
Containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), serverless, and CI/CD
