• Own critical backend services for real-time balances, financial activity, and reserved assets.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
• Strong backend architecture, reliability, and scalability skills.
• Experience with highly available, low-latency services under production load.
• Strong experience with JVM-based technologies; Kotlin primary, Java knowledge is valuable.
• Familiarity with Kafka, GraphQL, and modern distributed systems.
• Production ownership mindset and ability to operate in mature codebases with incremental
