🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
• Strong backend engineering skills, reliability, and trade-off judgment
• Experience building highly available, low-latency services
• Proficiency in Kotlin on the JVM with Kafka and GraphQL; strong Java experience is valuable
• Production ownership mindset; calm and methodical under pressure
• Comfort in a mature codebase, incremental improvements over perfection
