📋 Description

• Evolve progressive delivery with Argo Rollouts and GitOps; work with Kubernetes to enable safe
• Optimize CI/CD infrastructure at scale; speed up builds and improve artifact management.
• Build deployment gates and guardrails to prevent production incidents.
• Improve deployment observability with dashboards and alerting in Datadog and Backstage.
• Drive reliability mission; implement chaos testing and automated rollback mechanisms.
• Mentor mid-level engineers, share knowledge, and improve team velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software dev experience in platform engineering, DevOps, CI/CD or SRE.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD), progressive delivery, and CI/CD at scale.
• Strong in building deployment pipelines using Buildkite, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
• Reliability engineering and observability with Datadog/Prometheus; SLOs/SLIs.
• Multi-language tech chops: TypeScript, Ruby, Python, Kotlin; tooling across stacks.
• Infrastructure as code and cloud: AWS, Terraform; reproducible, scalable infra.
