• Own end-to-end engineering projects from problem definition to delivery.
• Build full-stack experiences with React frontend and Python backend.
• Modernize legacy frontend code (jQuery/Backbone) over time.
• Design and operate services for tax filing, reporting, workflows.
• Collaborate with Product/Design/Operations/Compliance and other teams.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to production code.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant software engineering experience shipping production systems.
• Strong full-stack skills with React or modern frontend framework.
• Professional Python experience or quick productivity in Python-based systems.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and mentoring engineers.
• API design, automated testing, debugging, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Ability to collaborate in regulated/high-trust environments and communicate clearly.
