🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering; 2+ in lead/senior roles
• Production-grade enterprise software experience
• Hands-on AI-assisted development workflow experience
• Proficient in C#/.NET, Java, or Go; AWS; Docker; CI/CD
• REST APIs, event-driven design, relational DBs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
