Senior Software Development Engineer - Iris AI

📋 Description

• Design, build, and run scalable backend services in C#/.NET, Python, and Go
• Develop LLM-powered features on Azure AI Foundry, including context pipelines, RAG, tool calling
• Design event-driven, asynchronous architectures across microservices
• Own delivery end to end: Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response
• Collaborate with product, UX, and platform teams; perform rigorous code/design reviews
• Contribute to Delinea Iris AI, shipping features to large orgs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building production backend services in C#/.NET, Python, or Go
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (inference, RAG, tool calling, agents) on platforms like OpenAI
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, and microservices
• Experience with cloud providers and multi-tenant SaaS architectures
