Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect, develop, and scale high-throughput, low-latency ingestion pipelines and backend services
• Develop lightweight agents and collectors to extract telemetry from relational and NoSQL engines
• Design intelligent engines to detect slow queries, index fragmentation, schema anti-patterns, and
• Build AI agents using Agentic AI, MCP, and LLMs for automated root-cause analysis and autonomous
• Write robust REST/GraphQL APIs and integrate AI diagnostics into React/TypeScript workflows.
• Design event-driven architectures and streaming data flows with Apache Kafka for real-time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade software.
• Mastery of Go, Java, or Python with strong concurrency and distributed systems knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle and NoSQL stores (Redis, MongoDB
• Proficient in data modeling for high throughput and low latency.
• Experience designing scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs and robust code review/testing practices.
• Strong problem solving and collaborative skills.
