📋 Description

• Design and build features end-to-end on Pulse Core
• Own production deployment, monitoring, and incident response
• Collaborate with Product/Design and mentor peers
• Contribute to system design and infrastructure discussions
• Work with AI-assisted development tools in daily workflow
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested code at pace

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years software engineering experience
• Strong backend with Java, Kotlin or Go; Node.js/TypeScript experience a plus
• DevOps/SRE experience; production deployments and on-call readiness
• AWS and on-prem Kubernetes understanding; IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• System design, testing, and quality mindset
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and AI-first workflows
