🎯 Requirements

5–8 years in database engineering, architecture, or backend data systems.
3+ years managing Azure Cosmos DB and MongoDB in production.
Deep Cosmos DB knowledge: partition keys, RU/s, indexing, TTL, multi-region.
Deep MongoDB knowledge: replica sets, sharding, indexing, pipelines, tuning.
Design for high concurrency, low latency, multi-tenant SaaS.
Query profiling, performance benchmarking, monitoring dashboards.
