Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Senior role on Tasker & Supply team focused on onboarding, eligibility, and marketplace
• Contribute to Ruby on Rails engine and move service contracts toward strongly-typed TypeScript
• Collaborate on multi-quarter technical roadmap and tackle tech debt.
• Improve reliability and observability for onboarding, matching, and supply-side systems.
• Champion testing and AI-driven development practices; mentor engineers.
• Lead adoption of AI tools and AI-driven contract bindings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership across multiple teams.
• Strong background in Ruby on Rails and Sorbet; working knowledge of TypeScript (contract-driven
• Solid SQL and data modeling skills (MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with async/event-driven systems (Kafka) and service/engine architecture.
• Proven ability to own observability and alerting for critical systems; strong communication skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $130,000 - $180,000.
