Senior Software Engineer - Agentic AI

📋 Description

• Design and ship end-to-end production AI features (RAG, agents, doc understanding).
• Define AI product architecture: LLM orchestration, evals, observability.
• Own AI initiatives from spec to production, including rollout and evals.
• Review designs and mentor engineers on AI practices.
• Build and evolve eval frameworks and quality metrics for AI features.
• Collaborate with PM/Design to shape AI features for real users.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience; Python preferred.
• 3+ years shipping LLM/GenAI features to production at scale.
• Strong LLM system design: latency, cost, reliability, eval-driven.
• Hands-on with RAG in production and agent orchestration.
• Tool use and function calling; familiarity with MCP patterns.
• Observability and evals for LLM systems (Langfuse/Arize).
