📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and third-party integrations
• Partner with product and design with a product-oriented mindset
• Own work end-to-end and ship on time
• Apply industry-standard practices: code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD, feature flags
• Set technical direction and quality across architecture and delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and raise technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Solid backend experience in Elixir, Go, Python, or similar
• Strong API design and data modeling
• Familiarity with ML/LLM systems a plus
• Ownership mindset and accountability
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 5+ years shipping production software
