Partner closely with product and design as a true thought partner
Own your work end-to-end and deliver results on time
Apply industry-standard engineering practices: code review, automated testing, CI/CD, feature
Set the technical direction and quality bar for the team
Mentor and guide junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

Solid backend experience in Elixir, Go, Python, or comparable language
Deep understanding of backend systems, API design, and data modeling
Familiarity with ML/LLM systems is a plus
Ownership mindset and ability to work across teams
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Keep up with evolving AI capabilities and apply them thoughtfully
