Senior Software Engineer - AI Enablement HR

📋 Description

• Architect and build AI-powered HR workflows that act in production with oversight gates.
• Integrate HRIS, ATS, payroll, and ticketing into end-to-end agentic workflows.
• Implement error handling, audit trails, payroll-calendar awareness, and human-in-the-loop
• Ensure automation complies with data classification, PII handling, and cross-jurisdiction privacy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering; 2+ years AI/ML-powered production apps or agentic systems.
• 2–3+ years in HR/People Ops problems or HR tech environments.
• Fluency with AI/workflow automation tools and deploying AI in HR workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered workflows in production; Workday knowledge a plus.
• Proficient with n8n, Python, Claude API/Anthropic SDK; API integrations with HR systems.
