Senior Software Engineer - AI Enablement HR

📋 Description

• Architect and build AI-powered HR workflows for Kraken People.
• Own design, deployment, and governance of agentic HR systems.
• Turn HR processes into scalable, automated workflows with AI at core.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate needs into systems.
• Maintain human-in-the-loop checks and oversight gates.
• Ensure data classification and cross-jurisdiction privacy compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, 2+ years with AI/ML in production.
• 2–3+ years in HR/People tech contexts or embedded HR engineering.
• Fluency with AI/workflow automation tools and HR workflow deployment.
• Experience designing/ deploying AI-powered workflows in production.
• Deep Workday knowledge (workflows, EIB, payroll dependencies).
• Strong systems thinking, end-to-end automation mindset.
