📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer on Trust Engineering focused on AI/ML for safety and fraud defense.
• Build scalable AI/ML systems, pipelines, and product integrations at Airbnb scale.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, operations, and data scientists to drive impact.
• Productionize AI/ML solutions and monitor them with observability and SLOs.
• Lead and mentor a team, shaping technical vision in a high-scale environment.
• Tackle evolving fraud and trust challenges across online and offline risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend/platform engineering or equivalent; BS/BE in CS or related field.
• Strong Python/Java, DSA, and data engineering fundamentals.
• ML best practices knowledge (training/serving skew, A/B testing, feature engineering).
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Spark, Airflow/Kubeflow, Kafka/Spark/Ray, Hive.
• Experience building observability for AI systems (metrics/logging/traces, dashboards, SLOs).
• Hands-on experience producing ML infrastructure and productionizing models.
