Senior Software Engineer – AI Platform

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven document verification services using Vision-Language Models
• Work across AI stack: prompts, model evaluation, backend, Azure cloud, and frontend (React/Next.js).
• Collaborate with PM, Engineering, AI, and SMEs to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze and optimize AI workflows for scalability, latency, and cost.
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions for AI platform capabilities.
• Lead technical design and ensure long-term maintainability and extensibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with prompts/worksflows for VLMs and LLMs (GPT-family, Gemini or equivalent).
• Experience building AI evaluation frameworks (accuracy metrics, F1, per-example analysis).
• Solid understanding of multimodal AI systems combining images and language prompts.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, asynchronous programming, and API development.
• Experience optimizing AI systems for inference cost, latency, and reliability.
