📋 Description

• Join a foundational, autonomous team building AI-native systems to transform operations at scale.
• Develop an agent platform reading operational knowledge, reasoning in context, and executing tasks
• Contribute to LLM-powered agent design, backend service architecture, tool/integration development
• Mentor other engineers as the team grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience building production systems
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents (orchestration, RAG, tool/function calling, or similar)
• Strong API design and system integration skills
• Product-minded: questions requirements and contributes to product decisions, not just execution
• Proven ownership of complex projects in ambiguous, early-stage environments
