6+ years of professional software engineering
Direct experience on an Applied AI/product AI team building LLM- or ML-powered features
Demonstrated judgment in agent-driven development and API/backend design
Strong backend/system design, observability, and scalability skills
Ability to mentor peers and advocate best practices for AI-enabled software
Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving cross-functional outcomes
