📋 Description

• Develop experiences that push animation quality beyond previous limits.
• Analyze animation tech and tools to meet project objectives.
• Document issues, improvements, and feature requests for character animation.
• Collaborate with gameplay engineers to implement animation-driven interactions.
• Implement solutions to feature requests with the Avatar Animation team.
• Collaborate with internal teams and community developers to improve animation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in character animation, game engines, and tools.
• Proficiency in C++; write high-quality, performant code; Lua a plus.
• Passion for interactive experiences and great in-app animations.
• Strong 3D math skills and solid code architecture.
• Performance-focused; implement solutions for platforms including mobile.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, ownership mindset.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration.
