Senior Software Engineer – Backend & AI-Enabled

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Java
• Build and evolve RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems for business-critical
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product experiences.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and reviews while
• Drive observability, reliability, automation, and operational excellence across services.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade apps.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building cloud-native backends with RESTful APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, reliability, and secure design
• Experience with AWS and relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
