Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

📋 Description

• Design, maintain scalable backend services and apps delivering reliable user experiences.
• Participate in full software lifecycle: design, implement, test, deploy, optimize.
• Collaborate with product/design/engineering to translate requirements into solutions.
• Evaluate architecture, estimate work, recommend scalable features.
• Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability through high standards.
• Own end-to-end delivery of new features from concept to production.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, backend focus.
• At least 2 years in Java and SQL-based relational DBs (MySQL).
• Experience designing and implementing scalable backend services.
• Strong understanding of architecture, distributed systems, performance optimization.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration with product focus.
