Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Business Platform

📋 Description

• Lead architectural design of microservices and high-throughput APIs.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and ensure low latency in distributed systems.
• Own end-to-end delivery from design to production features.
• Mentor mid/junior engineers and enforce code quality standards.
• Oversee cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security and observability with strong SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in backend/platform engineering for high-scale systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, or Kotlin.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
• Cloud, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, observability.
• Data: SQL/NoSQL, event-driven architectures, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Git proficiency; SaaS/e-commerce domain a plus.
