Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Business Platform

📋 Description

• Lead architectural design of microservices, high-throughput APIs, and data storage for scale and
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks; refactor infrastructure for low latency in distributed systems.
• Own end-to-end delivery from technical design documents to production features.
• Drive code quality through reviews, reliability standards, and mentoring of mid/junior engineers.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, security, and incident management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in backend/platform engineering with high-scale production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Java, or Kotlin.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, data modeling, and eventual consistency.
• Tech Stack: Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, caching, observability.
• Data & Messaging: SQL/NoSQL databases, event-driven architectures, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Core Competencies: problem-solving, Git, SaaS or e-commerce experience; mentoring juniors.
