📋 Description

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team
• Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics on feasibility and trade-offs
• Monitor metrics and keep on-call activities on the ops side

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Backend design, development, and scaling with Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes
• Experience shipping frontend applications
• Ability to define technical plans for large features with elegant design
• Proven track record of safe large-codebase changes and tooling
• Strong communication for collaboration with global teams
