Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Card)

📋 Description

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team; lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended
• Collaborate with product management, design and analytics across the lifecycle; articulate
• Proactively identify issues and lead efforts to resolve them.
• Support operations and availability of team artifacts; create/monitor metrics; participate in
• Foster a culture of quality and ownership; set/improve code review and design standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience in designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale with Python, Kotlin
• Experience shipping frontend applications.
• Ability to define a technical plan for delivering significant features with elegant, simple
• Proven ability to make significant changes in a large codebase with tooling and practices to do so
• Strong ownership mindset; actively seeking feedback from team, manager and stakeholders.
