Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Recoveries)

📋 Description

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team; lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended
• Collaborate with product management, design & analytics; articulate constraints and trade-offs.
• Identify and lead solving project/process/tech issues; drive improvements.
• Support team artifacts by creating/monitoring metrics and on-call activities.
• Foster quality and ownership by setting code review/design standards and sharing knowledge.
• Develop talent through feedback and leading by example.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend design, development and deployment at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Experience shipping web apps with declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience with batch processing/asynchronous workloads (scheduled jobs, backfills, large-scale
• Ability to define technical plans for significant features with elegant, simple, extensible design
• Proven ability to make significant codebase changes safely with tooling/practices.
