📋 Description

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team; lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend system design, development, and deployment at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL
• Experience shipping web apps with declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience with batch processing or async workloads (scheduled jobs, backfills, large-scale data).
• Ability to define technical plans for significant features with clean, extensible design.
• Strong code ownership, tooling, and safe large-scale codebase changes.
