Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Test Enablers)

📋 Description

• Design and maintain scalable systems for synthetic identities, test data, mocking, and load testing.
• Shift testing toward scalable models: component, integration, contract, performance, E2E.
• Build platform capabilities to make load testing safer, repeatable, and easier to operate.
• Improve test platform reliability, observability, and adoption by other teams.
• Partner with eng and infra teams to improve test signal, reduce false failures, and speed validation.
• Lead medium-to-large projects from problem definition to rollout and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend experience with Python, Kotlin, or Java.
• Designing and operating distributed systems and testing infra.
• Improve reliability, observability, and operational maturity.
• Collaborate across teams and influence technical direction.
• Experience with test automation, test data, mocks, contract testing, and CI/CD.
