Lead design, development, and optimization of new tools and products from incubation to production
Identify inefficiencies in processes and code to improve team performance
Integrate software from customers and other teams into products
Write, test, and debug modern C++ code for complex solutions with AI tooling
Collaborate with product managers and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to UK team growth

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with modern C++, or strong willingness to learn C++
Strong procedural and object-oriented programming with clean code principles
Experience with Docker, Linux-based environments
