Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decisions to improve data quality and reliability.
Lead ELT/ETL pipelines, real-time and batch frameworks, and cloud-based data infra.
Develop Snowflake environments and cloud-native data solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Collaborate with BI/ML teams to operationalize features and analytics models.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in Data Engineering.
Python (pandas, asyncio, typing, pytest) and Snowflake at enterprise scale.
Advanced SQL and performance tuning.
Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data warehousing concepts.
Kimball/Data Vault, data marts, CDC/SCD, and ETL/ELT design patterns.
CI/CD with GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps/GitLab CI; IaC with Terraform/Bicep/CCloudFormation.
