Senior Software Engineer, Data Engineering

📋 Description

• Join the Data Engineering team on Ripple's Caspian Data Platform powering analytics and data-driven
• Own end-to-end design and delivery of production-grade data pipelines.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, and raise engineering standards through code reviews.
• Collaborate across Finance, Payments, Product, and GTM domains on cross-functional data initiatives.
• Focus on performance, cost, reliability, and maintainability in data systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on data engineering experience building and maintaining production pipelines and
• Deep proficiency with Databricks and Delta Lake stack (Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog
• Strong SQL skills with complex transformations and data quality validation.
• Solid AWS experience for large-scale data systems.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitLab) and Terraform for IaC.
