Senior Software Engineer, Data Platform

📋 Description

• Lead the data platform architecture and direction
• Build ingestion layer for streaming, batch, CDC, and connectors
• Ingest into Snowflake with reliable freshness and cost controls
• Own orchestration across the full data graph
• Develop transformation and compute frameworks with self-serve tooling
• Design real-time streaming and near-live reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production data infrastructure
• Deep Snowflake experience, cost/performance focus
• CDC/streaming pipelines with Kafka, Debezium, Flink or Spark
• Experience with managed ingestion tools (Fivetran, Airbyte)
• Strong workflow orchestration: Temporal, Airflow, Dagster
• Python and advanced SQL proficiency
