Senior Software Engineer - Data Platform - Kubernetes - Distributed Systems

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate features and services within the cloud-native platform.
• Deliver work from implementation through production with limited guidance.
• Break features into executable tasks and manage risks/trade-offs.
• Collaborate with staff and senior engineers to align with designs and standards.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and operability; write tests and runbooks; participate in on-call.
• Hands-on work on automation, tooling, and platform services used by other teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into engineering work (AI tooling, automation, workflows).
• 5+ years software dev with Bachelor's; or 3+ years with Master's; or equivalent.
• Hands-on production software experience; Kubernetes deployment/operating workloads.
• Experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven feature delivery as an engineering team member.
• Knowledge of containers, CI/CD, Git workflows.
